The evil genie is a book in Oxford Reading Tree series. It is a stage 8 book. In the story, Biff wanted to try an experiment hat put a bottle over a tiny apple. In the bottle was a big apple. Suddenly the children into another adventure. The magic took them to a tiny island in the middle of the ocean. Biff saw a bottle sticking out of the sand. Kamar pulled the cork out of the bottle. Then, an evil genie shot out.



Oxford Reading is the most popular series of book in UK primary schools. They teach us about lots of countries and periods of history.

The National Athletic Meet Preliminary

      On Saturday, we had the national athletic meet preliminary of softball club in Kumamoto. We departed early in the morning. The first match's partner was NIC club. Our team was scored the first two runs but we got back three runs in the inning.  The match was a scramble runs each other. And our team won the game. I was very happy.(66 / 1,987 Words)

They opened the box. They looked inside. It's magic," they said.

  I read The magic key. It's a Alex Brychta Reader. This is strange story which Chip and Biff discovered "magic key" in the box.  The key was glowing and the magic began.  They got smaller and smaller and smaller.  Everything looked big for them.  For example, a pencil, a pin, a house and a little mouse. Something was glowing. It was the magic key. They got bigger and bigger and bigger. Then the magic was over. The story is very strange.
     If you have the magic key, what want to do by it? And if your body became small, what would you going to do?

BR1-1: On The Team

I cut to the left. I cut to the right. "Hey! over here, Jamie!" shouted Michael. I passed the ball to Michael. "Good play, Jamie!" shouted Coach Wilson. Michael ran, jumped and then did a slam dunk into the hoop. It looked really cool. I could not slam dunk like Michael, but I could pass the ball and shoot hoops really well.

       I read On The Team.  It's a Peter Millett Reader.  It's about a man called Jamie, who player basketball but he was not on the school basketball team. Coach Wilson didn't think he could play it. But all his friends wanted him to be on the team.  So he showed Coach Wilson that he really can play basketball. It was a really hard game. Jamie took the ball right out of a tall player's hands! Jamie passed the ball to Michael and did a slam dunk into the hoop. Jamie could not slam dunk like Michael, but he could pass the ball and shoot hoop really well. Both team were even. Michael passed Jamie the ball so Jamie shot the ball at the hoop. The ball dropped in.  Then the game ended, his team were winners! Coach Wilson said that it looks like we have a new player on the school team. Jamie was glad to hear that.
       I love basketball and played basketball too. So I understand Jamie' feelings well because it is very difficult to play basketball. But basketball is very interresting. The story is interesting! I thought that want to play the basketball again.

My Birthday

       On April 4, It is my birthday! I became to be twenty years old.  I was invited to drinking party in house of the senior. We strated to make takoyaki. It is very delhe citious. And we started to drink liqour, too. It was at midnight, and a date has been changed to the fourth of April. Then, the electricity of room went out, and my friends brought me to cake. When they sang birthday song for me, I was surprised and I was so happy. I went on tearing of joy, because It was an entirely new experience for me. After that, we began to drink liqour again. The liqour was delicious further.
      In this way, I spend a nice day. Now I became to be twenty years old, I have a dream. It is to go abroad. I want to hold out English lesson. I'm maneger in softboll club and have a part-time job, too. I have many thing which have to do. So I don't compromise, I want to finish everything!
