BR 2-11: How Elephants Lost Their Wings

They flew high into the sky... and down to the ground. They even looped the loop.
Once upon a time, elephants could fly. They flew everywhere. Sometimes, the gods flew on their backs. But the elephants were noisy. All the trees were broken and there were no houses left. The gods invited the elephants to a grand feast. The elephants ate. When their tummies were, they slept. Then, they took away their wings and gave to the peacocks. The elephants were very cross but they didn't get their wings back. And they never flew again. The picture of this book is very beautiful!
